The FYI Automations Install Process
Step 1: Get in touch to discuss where you are at in your FYI Journey
Step 2: Book a Demo Call with myself and Jason Gluer of BDE Automations to ask questions, and have a hands on demo of what is possible
Step 3: Receive pricing and proposal
Step 4: Accept, pay deposit, book in date
Step 5: Pre Install meeting to review how things work at your firm, pre-empt any tricky scenarios and cover off all of your additional questions
Step 6: We spend three days onsite at your firm. We install all automations, templates, emails, swipe files, spreadsheets etc. We walk through in detail with you and your team - building to be customised to your workflows. We setup all conditions and filters needed to fire your automations. We test thoroughly to ensure nothing will break! We install Frankie the Robot to automate some of your manual processes [optional, no extra cost] . We train your team on filters, bulk updates, reports and any other new process that is required as a part of the install
Step 7: As items pop up that you need in this time we will support over email
